The election of Telangana BJP president is fiercely contested. For this, the main leaders of the state BJP are lobbying in Delhi. Accordingly, the respective leaders are turning the wheel for the presidency through the national leaders they know. In these circumstances, we have to see what decision the central leadership will take on the post of state president.
The BJP national leadership is gearing up to make organizational changes in the party across the country. In the recent NDA government, BJP presidents of many states have been given a place in the Union Minister category. As some others got the posts of Deputy Chief Minister, Kamalam Party hopes to appoint new people in those positions. Telangana, Bihar, Bengal, Gujarat and Haryana will change their state presidents. Modi once again gave a chance to Kishan Reddy, who is the Union Minister and BJP state president, in his cabinet. As a result, the administration is thinking of removing him from the post of president and giving the post of Union minister to those who were disappointed.
It seems that the BJP leadership is thinking of appointing Etala Rajender, who belongs to the BC community, as the president, vacate the BRS and strengthen the party in the state. On the other hand, it is reported that the national vice-president, Mahbubnagar MP DK Aruna, is discussing what it will be like if the reins of the state are handed over. With Bandi Sanjay from North Telangana and Kishan Reddy from Hyderabad getting a place in the Union Ministerial category, it is reported that several state leaders told Delhi elders that if the responsibility is given to DK Aruna from South Telangana, then Chief Minister Revanth Reddy can take the party forward in the state.
Also, Raghunandan Rao, who won as Medak MP, is expected to get the reins of the state party. Raghunandan’s victory in the parliamentary constituency previously represented by Indira Gandhi and former Chief Minister KCR’s victory in his own constituency can be said to be the factors that come together for Raghunandan. Raghunandan’s name has not been considered by the administration considering factors such as good eloquence and Raghunandan being at the forefront in repelling the criticisms of the opposing parties. Nizamabad MP Dharmapuri Arvind was also disappointed hoping to get a position in the ministerial category. As it did not go well, efforts are being made to take over the reins of the state party.
Etala Rajender as the new president of Telangana BJP? – ETELA RAJENDER TELANGANA BJP NEW CHIEF..?
Telangana BJP Chief Post : On the other hand, a new debate has started in the state’s Kamal Dal. A new panchayat is running to give the president’s post to those who have worked hard for institutional strengthening by sticking to the party. It seems that the MLA and MP tickets were brought from other parties in the name of winning horses and not by them who are working for the party, and the old leaders are a horse on the authority. It is reported that the leaders who have worked as state chief secretaries and vice presidents want to give them a chance. Party sources say that former MLC Ramachander Rao has asked the party leaders to give him a chance. Leaders like former MLA Dharma Rao, former member of the National BC Commission Achari and Manohar Reddy seem to be hoping.
They have not been given a chance in the name of elections, and since there are no elections now, they are of the opinion that it would be better if the old people were given a chance for the organizational structure of the party. Demands are being heard to hand over the reins to a person who is inclusive in the party and not to a leader who builds groups. After Bangaru Laxman the post of President was not given to Dalits. But this time, it seems that the leaders of that social group are asking the leadership to hand over the reins to the Dalits. A heated debate is going on in the saffron ranks about what decision the party high command takes, when it appoints and who it favors.
