The Justice L. Narasimha Reddy Commission has been questioning current and former officials involved in the building of the Yadadri and Bhadradri thermal power plants, as well as the Chhattisgarh power purchase deal, for the past few days. As part of this, notices were sent to former Chief Minister KCR under the Chhattisgarh power purchase agreement.
Justice L. Narasimha Reddy issued notices to KCR. The Commission requested clarity on KCR’s position in the power purchase deal. Instructions have been issued to provide an explanation by the 30th of the month. Meanwhile, KCR wanted time till July 30. It must be stated that the issuing of these letters is another shock to the BRS leader, who is already suffering from defeat in the Assembly and Lok Sabha.
