Ramoji Rao, the chairman of Eenadu Group and a prominent figure in Telugu media, passed away early Saturday morning. On the 5th of this month, he experienced breathing difficulties, leading doctors to implant a stent. Following the stent procedure, his health condition became critical, and he was admitted to the hospital. The 87-year-old Ramoji Rao had been suffering from various health issues for some time and had previously received medical treatment.

Ramoji Rao was well-known for managing multitudinous businesses along with his media conglomerate. He oversaw Eenadu Group, Ramoji Film City, Margadarsi Chit finances, and Priya Foods. Under his leadership, Eenadu became a major force in Telugu media.
