The film has already grossed over $1.3 million in pre-sales at the popular Cinemark theatre chain, marking an all-time high. With these accomplishments, Kalki 2898 AD is poised to set many more records, showing Prabhas’ incredible star power.
However, before to its global debut, more than 15 IMAX presentations in Hindi were suddenly cancelled, with affected fans receiving email notifications. The revelation has devastated Prabhas admirers, with many expressing their disappointment on social media. IMAX screenings in other places across the world remain intact, ensuring that audiences have a superior movie experience.
The film, directed by Nag Ashwin, stars Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, and Kamal Haasan in major roles.
